How a case runs

Five steps. You do
two of them.

Start a case
1

Eligibility read

Passport, history and travel dates. We say yes, no, or "not from this consulate".

Free · same day
2

You upload

A checklist built for your passport, not a generic list. Photos of documents are fine.

Your step
3

We review & file

48-hour document review, cover letter written, forms completed, appointment booked.

48 hours
4

You attend

Biometrics or interview, with a prep call the day before and someone on the phone.

Your step
5

Passport back

Courier to your door, visa checked against your dates before we send it.

Why applications fail

Almost never the traveller.
Almost always the file.

  • Bank statements that do not cover the stated stay
  • Hotel bookings that can be cancelled free — consulates check
  • An itinerary that contradicts the flight dates by a day
  • Insurance below the €30,000 Schengen minimum
  • Applying at the wrong mission for a multi-country trip

We catch these in the 48-hour review, before anything reaches a consulate.

Refused elsewhere?

Send us the refusal letter. We read the grounds and tell you whether to re-apply or wait — no fee for that answer.

Good to know

We cannot approve a visa. We can remove every reason to refuse one.

No agency controls the decision. Anyone who promises otherwise is selling you something else.

لا أحد يضمن القرار — نحن نضمن الملف

Do you keep my passport?

Only the consulate does, and only from your appointment. It never sits in our office.

What if the visa arrives after my trip?

We will not file that close. If a mission timeline moves after filing, our fee is refunded in full.

Is this included in a trip package?

Sovereign includes it. Horizon and Passage add it at $340 per guest, or $210 in a group of eight.

How long is my data kept?

Ninety days after the visa is issued, then deleted. Nothing is shared beyond the mission.

Which passport,
which country ?

Two lines is enough for an eligibility read. Free, and back the same day.

No documents needed yet. A person reads it, not a form.
